BONUS主宰者である木村覚さんの呼びかけのもと、2017年～2018年にかけて、神村は、砂連尾理、篠田千明とともに「ワークショップ」を作るための様々な試みやリサーチを行いました。インタビューやイベントなどの記録が、それを行う背景や動機なども含め、詳しく掲載されています。

移動と展示　mobility/display

今年の８月、バンコクにて気になったものの一つは、通りのあちこちで見かける屋台のディスプレイの美しさと機能性だった。効率よく運ぶこと、客の購買欲をそそること、手に取りやすく配置することなど、いくつかの機能を同時に成り立たせる必要が、それぞれの売り手の創意工夫と独特の形を作り出している。
もっと写真を撮ればよかった。ちゃんと調べたら、いくつかの傾向や分類が見えてきそう。

During my stay in Bangkok this August, what attracted me most was the functionality and the beauty of the stalls on the streets.
It must be the needs to balance several functions; to carry stuff efficiently, to arouse customer interest, and to place goods in easy reach, which produces the ingenuity of the sellers and the original forms of the stalls.
It would be interesting to do more research to find some classification or tendency…

Lesson Class Practice（仮）

私は，自分がダンサーとして踊る上でのトレーニングとしてヨガをおこない、ヨガを教えてもいる。
考えてみると私にとって、身体に向き合う作業を結果的に最も長く継続的に共有している相手は、私のヨガクラスに8年くらい通ってきている鈴木さんである。
鈴木さんは多くを欲張らず、一見適当に動きをこなしながらも、一方で謎のモチベーションが彼女の中で静かに燃えている。少なくとも8年間燃えつづけている。結果、彼女が当初ヨガを始める理由だった肩こりはいつの間にか消え、重心がどっしりとし、身体の細かい感覚や使い方についての注意も、通じるようになっていた。
鈴木さんとのコミュニケーションを通して、何かを継続する中でどう上達する道を見出していくか、身体が衰えてくることを利用すること、身体で表現するということ、などについての思索と実践を行います。
