Zen-go (Megumi Kamimura + Shinichi Takashima)
Shuichi Session "Meetings with proper time"

Shuichi (once a week) session by Zen-go "Meetings with proper time" starts on November 9.
In these ten sessions, we discuss, do excercises, and create a performance piece as a group.
All the menu is about "Time". How can we realize that time is running and deal with it objectively while being in the middle of the time flow?

Zen-go
Launched in 2011 by Megumi Kamimua (dancer/choreographer) and Shinichi Takashima (artist). They deal with human body, objects, and words aiming at maintaining a balance between improvisation and composition. Zen-go performance [Before or After ]

Forenotice or inventory. When is it now at all? When nothing can be said about the middle, “before” and “after” come into existence, just like foresight or afterglow is needed to deal with something that cannot be caught by five senses. If you were presented the present, you will be locked out because you would arrive too early or too late, no matter which you would choose “X will happen from now” or “What happend now was X”.

Megumi Kamimura dance workshop

In this event, we exchange emails in advance which will be updated on Kamimura's blog.
Based on that we will have talk sessions and small solo performances.
In each day there should be new discoveries between each of us and the audience.
